Eid Al-Fitr translates to “Break-Fast Celebration”. It is celebrated at the end the Muslim Holy Month of fasting, Ramadan. The festival is sponsored by Masjid Mua’ath Bin Jabal annually at Keyworth Stadium.

Eid Al-Adha follows about two months later. This festival also takes place at Keyworth Stadium.

Like any celebration, food plays a central role in Eid festivals. Families often prepare traditional dishes and sweets to share with friends, neighbors, and those in need. There may also be food stalls or vendors offering a variety of cuisines.

The Eid festival often include activities for children and families, such as games, face painting, henna art, or bouncy houses. These activities add to the festive atmosphere and provide entertainment for attendees of all ages.
